Thank You! • PLEASE , Do not book the day you have an event cause your hair can take an additional time , I take pride in my work and I will not rush my work . • Your hair must be at least 4 inch all around your head for braiding • If your have any hair loss or your edges are very damaged , you have to consult with me via email before booking . • $25-$50 non-refundable deposit ( goes towards your service fee) is required through the website to secure your appointment . The remaining balance can be paid in cash • You must manually cancel your appointment via the glossGenius scheduling link 72 hours in advance in order for your deposit to be used for a future appointment . if you cancel your appointment less than 72hours before your appointment , you will have to pay a new deposit in order to book again. • To cancel or reschedule your appointment , you have to go back on the site • Arrive with your hair washed and detangler. • Don't use any oil in your hair the day of your appointment and after you washed it • Don't get your hair TRIMMED before your appointment. • All prices include hair. ( EXCEPT for exotic colors) • Make sure you book the right hairstyle before your appointment cause you won't be able to change it the day of the appointment. • 20 min late = Appointment cancelled • Please arrive with a Good attitude
